Caron Greene
Caron joined BCM Wilson Hill in October 2025 from a local rural planning consultancy. She has worked in planning consultancy since 2015 and previously worked in local government both researching and writing planning policy and dealing with planning applications.
In her previous position, Caron worked to achieve planning permission for isolated dwellings, often grand designs, in the countryside. These usually approximated or surpassed passive house standards and enhanced their landscape setting. Projects also included barn conversions and a comprehensive scheme to redevelop a redundant farmyard into artisan workshops, studios and live/work units.
Caron currently works in the Architecture and Design team advising clients on development opportunities and advocating planning applications for a wide range of rural projects.
