The Partners of BCM Wilson Hill are delighted to announce that from April 1st 2026, Richard Trimbee will become our new Head of Office for Petersfield.
Richard brings a wealth of property experience to the role, and he has been a brilliant senior figure ever since joining us in 2021. He has a huge passion for property and our clients, aligning beautifully with the long-established ethos of the Petersfield office.
These are exciting times for the team there, as Richard will look to build and develop our reputation and prowess as the premium boutique agency in Hampshire and the South of England; one that puts its clients’ needs at the heart of all they do. His dedication, experience and enthusiasm will allow us to move forward with huge amounts of confidence.
Richard writes:
“Having started my career in property with a national agency in Farnham in the late 1990’s, my onward path has taken me the length of the country running various country offices, founding my own property search agency business and most notably establishing cold start-up offices in Edinburgh and Surrey for two of the leading national and international country house agencies.
Home has always been Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and I am incredibly fortunate since joining BCM Wilson Hill in 2021, to have returned to work in an area that I know, love and cherish, to be supported by a wonderful team and to represent some of the finest town, coastal and country properties across these counties.
My core values have always remained the same from when I first started in agency and that is to work hard and deliver as enjoyable an experience as possible for my clients in an approachable, professional, courteous manner accompanied with trust, humility and a touch of humour.”

The Partners feel very blessed to have such a talented and established team in place who will enable a continued evolution of this outstanding office.
In the meantime, Russell and Square Hill will continue to support the business with all their hearts until their richly deserved retirement at the end of July 2026. We hope the coming months allow them the opportunity to relax a little whilst being able to enjoy watching and championing this next stage of BCM Wilson Hill’s rich history. We know they will stay very much a part of the BCM Wilson Hill family well into the future.
